Edline Francois Appointed Policies & Procedures Chair of the Portland Urban League Young Profess
We are happy to announce that Edline Francois (who you may recognize as our January 2018 YP Member of the Month) has been appointed the Policies & Procedures Chair of the Urban League of Portland Young Professionals.
The Policies & Procedures Chair interprets the ULPDXYP Bylaws and serves as a resource on proper parliamentary procedure and for developing or revising bylaws and other policies and procedures for the governance of ULPDXYP. The P&P Chair also governs and presides over the ULPDXYP General Elections, the removal of Officers pursuant to Article V, Section 12 and, the removal of Executive Board Members pursuant to Article IV, Section 12.
