YP Fit is back! YP Fit is an initiative that encourages healthy living for NULYP members and the community at large. Our approach is holistic with an understanding of the connection of mind, body, and spirit. The first challenge will be the March Madness Challenge for NULYP members!! YP Fit March Madness Challenge The #YPFit March Madness Challenge is an opportunity for members throughout the country to compete to see who can get the most steps! The challenge will take place March 11th-April 2nd and will follow the same structure as the NCAA March Madness tournament. YPs across the country will have the opportunity to get active and push yourself, while having fun doing it! Register today by using the link below!

YP Fit March Madness Challenge

The #YPFit March Madness Challenge is an opportunity for members throughout the country to compete to see who can get the most steps! The challenge will take place March 11th-April 2nd and will follow the same structure as the NCAA March Madness tournament. YPs across the country will have the opportunity to get active and push yourself, while having fun doing it!

Here are the rules:

1. Participants must be current NULYP chapter members

2. Participants must register by filling out the Entry Form

3. Once registered, you will be sent an email invitation to join the YP Fit- Count.It Group. You must join the group and make sure a picture is uploaded. a. It is suggested you join group prior to March 11th, to ensure your device is properly connected/registered.

4. For each challenge steps will be counted starting at 12:00am-11:59pm (your time zone)

5. Make sure you open your app and “sync” your device by 6am​ (the next day after the challenge day). If you don’t, your steps will not show up.

6. Login on the computer (www.countit.com) to see the daily leaderboard. 7. Get up, Get Active, Have Fun
