We are now accepting applications for the YP leadership position: Policies and Procedures Chair.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: POLICIES & PROCEDURES CHAIR
The Chair Policies and Procedures (the “P&P Chair”) shall interpret these Bylaws at any meeting of the Executive Board or Members, serve as a resource on proper parliamentary procedure at any meeting of the Executive Board and Members, serve as a resource to ULPDXYP in developing or revising bylaws and other policies and procedures for the governance of ULPDXYP Chapter. The P&P Chair shall also govern and preside over the General Elections, the removal of an Officer pursuant to Article V, Section 12 and, the removal of an Executive Board Member pursuant to Article IV, Section 12. All nominations for Executive Officer positions must be received in writing to the P&P Chair by April 1st. The P&P Chair must notify nominated members immediately upon request of the nomination to confirm their interest.
